Infrastructure
Production systems run on reputable cloud providers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported.
Access to production environments is restricted, logged, and granted on a least-privilege basis.
Application security
We follow secure development practices: dependency monitoring, code review, and environment separation between development, staging, and production.
Authentication and secrets are managed through industry-standard tooling — never committed to source control.
Cartiva AI
Store and customer conversation data is processed only to provide support automation. Data retention aligns with your Cartiva plan and Shopify permissions.
We do not use client conversation data to train public models without explicit agreement.
Incident response
We maintain procedures to detect, contain, and notify affected parties of security incidents in line with contractual and legal obligations.
