Services

Teckstaq provides custom software development, consulting, and products including Cartiva AI. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written statement of work or product agreement.

We work on a fixed-scope basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Change requests may affect timeline and cost.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely feedback, access, and materials needed for us to deliver the agreed work.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for obtaining rights to any content you provide.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, custom work specified in your contract is assigned to you as stated in your agreement. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how.

Cartiva AI and other Teckstaq products remain our property; use is licensed under the applicable product terms.

Warranty & liability

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement in the twelve months preceding a claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
